Coordination packages allow you to turn over all the day-of tasks so you can enjoy the moment.
We’ll meet you where you are in the planning process, create a plan to…well, finish the planning, craft an event timeline, and be there to make sure the day-of runs smoothly.
Coordination Package Includes:
- Initial planning meeting
- 3 month out check-in (if applicable)
- 6 week out planning meeting
- Email support from time of contract
- Event timeline creation
- Coordination with vendors
- On-site wedding rehearsal coordination or pre-event walk-through
- On-site day-of coordination
- Assistant coordinator (events of 50-200 guests)
- Set-up and styling of personal items

Coordination packages typically start at $1,800 for the inclusions above. But every event is different!
Additions to the standard package options are welcome and will be priced accordingly. Likewise, pricing for smaller events is available. We will provide a custom quote before contracting your event date.
Popular additions include: Event set-up and tear-down (priced by guest count), Design/Styling and decor (priced by guest count and rental items needed), Second assistant coordinator (events of 201+ guests), Destination travel costs (priced by location)
Discounted rates for week day/night (Monday – Thursday) events are available.
Military and law enforcement discounts are also available.
