Planning packages allow you to make the fun choices without worrying about the details.

We’ll walk with you through the planning process from start to finish, creating a custom planning checklist, providing event options and advice, securing vendors, and making sure it all comes together on the big day.

Planning Package Includes:

  • Initial planning meeting
  • Creation of planning checklist
  • Monthly check-ins
  • Assistance with vendor search and contracting
  • 3 month out planning meeting
  • 6 week out planning meeting
  • Email and text support from time of contract
  • Event timeline creation
  • Coordination with vendors
  • On-site wedding rehearsal coordination or pre-event walk-through
  • On-site day-of coordination
  • Up to 2 assistant coordinators
  • Set-up and styling of personal items and DIY decor
  • Access to Mackenzie Smith Events rental items

The Investment

Investing in your big day means you will get to just enjoy the ride!
Coordination packages typically start at $3,200 for the inclusions above. But every event is different!
Additions to the standard package options are welcome and will be priced accordingly. Likewise, pricing for smaller events is available. We will provide a custom quote before contracting your event date.

Popular additions include: Event set-up and tear-down (priced by guest count), Third assistant coordinator (events of 301+ guests), Destination travel costs (priced by location)

Discounted rates for week day/night (Monday – Thursday) events are available.
Military and law enforcement discounts are also available.
